ABOUT BRYAN

Bryan was initially entranced by complexity as a high school graduate at an open day at Sydney University while touring the Department of Chemical Engineering.
Staring into a glass distillation column he made his life choice to pursue complexity for all the riches it seemed to offer.

As a chemical engineer he learned the magic that is
delivered when complexity is safely navigated.
We can’t fly, save lives with the latest medical devices
or entertain ourselves with our smartphones without
the chemical industry.

However, Bryan also knows from very real and personal lessons the grave consequences of mismanaged complexity.

From those lessons he became driven to helping others lead through complexity so they can create the magic their industry strives for – and he does this using a razor-sharp risk lens.

Bryan’s motto is:
‘If you can’t be good, be fantastic.’
