Our Business Simulations are like no other.

Our Business Simulations (or sims for short) challenge boards, executives and other leaders in private, public and not-for-profit organisations with realistic business scenarios within safe, risk-free environments.

Our unique Business Simulation experiences come from my collaboration with leading sim specialists Michael Schlosser and John Burgin. Together, we enrich the learning experience with our combined 75 years of experience in strategy, risk, team decision making, leadership and technology/AI.

This means participants walk away with applicable and proven leadership skills and strategies and a mindset that enables more effective leadership.

From pre-sim brief to post-sim de-brief, our Simulations are run in person to deliver a highly tailored learning experience – one that creates more confident and capable leaders.

This suite of three simulations gives you the opportunity to practise the following core governance responsibilities within a consequence-free environment while tracking core financial and non-financial objectives and metrics via our performance pressure-inducing scoreboards.

• Strategy stewardship: Steer strategic direction while challenging assumptions, ensuring alignment with purpose and risk appetite, and monitoring execution.
• Crisis management: Prepare for crises via scenario planning and response planning with a focus on mitigating immediate and short-term impact, supporting the executive leadership, and maintaining stakeholder trust.

• AI investment: Align investment with strategic objectives while ensuring it delivers value and responsible governance to ensure ethical usage, reduce risk and protect the organisation’s IP and reputation.

This simulation presents realistic business scenarios that require you and your team to navigate complexity and uncertainty while ensuring leadership alignment and tracking core financial and non-financial objectives and metrics using our performance pressure inducing scoreboards.

The three simulation experiences include:

• Strategic Leadership: Complexity is one of the biggest challenges for leaders. Our scenarios, specifically tailored for public, private and not-for-profit organisations, challenge you to achieve clarity from complexity: a valuable skill as it paves the way for higher quality, risk-savvy strategic decisions.
• Crisis management: Practice – and test – your ability to lead through a crisis, one that demands making fast high-stakes decisions under pressure.

• AI integration & judgement: AI judgement is a vital AI capability that develops through experience. This sim focuses on building this capability, from evaluating and integrating AI output to translating complexity into clear actionable strategy, and more.

This suite of Business Simulations is specifically designed to broaden and refine your emerging leaders’ skills, equipping them to more capably align their teams to strategic direction and guide them when challenges and opportunities present.

All our Business Simulations are delivered in-house and in person (not online) by myself and leading industry simulation experts. It’s a delivery style that maximises learning through

Every Business Simulation involves a score board approach, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet, and non-financial metrics, which create a realistic, highly effective and engaging experience.

Please note that our Emerging Leaders Simulations are run with a maximum of 25 people, with four or five per team.
