If you are, please ask away.  I am keen to learn what is on your mind in the world of risk leadership and I am happy to give you my thoughts.  So please ask away.  I will do my very best to respond within 48 hours.  By the way, you are likely to also get answers from others in the group.

While there are plenty of risk groups covering, shall we say, some of the more technical areas of risk, I would like the questions and posts here to be more about leadership and the translation of what we do into the language of business.  As an example my last post was to help people to translate risk appetite into operational decision making on a day-to-day basis.

So what is on your mind?  Better still, if you have a translation story to tell, I would love to hear it, as I am sure many, many others would as well.  The more we share the better we will become.
